"Purchased a 320i coupe here last year, with a stretched timing chain. This particular BMW model's engine (N42) is known for having timing chain issues, so I expected this to eventually be a problem. Nonetheless, as per the dealership's warranty, they replaced the chain, camshaft, pulleys, and the battery. I was kept updated by Barry, and the mechanic working the car and it's been a dream to own over the past year. I don't think the dealership knew about the timing chain fault, as the car was driving fine when I first initially got it, until the engine light came on, and the car would't start. However, the issue was resolved quickly, and I was very happy with the outcome. Customer service was great, and the repair's were carried out properly by a knowledgeable mechanic in the area. "

"Just purchased a BMW series 3 from Barry today. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Barry gave us a fair price for our trade in car and without fuss. A date and time was agreed to collect the new car and it was ready at the time given. Barry had the car serviced and valeted prior to collection. A six months warranty was given with the car and told our local garage man can carry out any repairs if necessary and Dunshaughlin pay for it. Barry also kindly put more than enough diesel into the car to take us home to Donegal. A new set of car mats had also been left in the boot for us.
